Ordering products at Bird Ideas is simple and secure. Our online ordering process

What is Bird Ideas' Shipping Policy?
We only ship to the Continental United States, which does not include Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands or Guam. Our normal method of shipment
is by UPS. All estimates of time are based on business days, which are Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays and other events that result in
heavy shipping volume may increase the estimated time frames. Orders are usually
processed within 48 hours (2 business days)of the time the order is placed on
our website. Depending on where the shipment is to be delivered will determine
how long it will take. Please allow 2 busines days for processing and 7 to 10
business days for shipment so you are not disappointed.
Rush shipments are not available.
Orders may be shipped in more than one package and from more than one location,
and may not arrive at the same time.
